Conference Inclusions

To keep Conference pricing to a minimum, the Conference Dinner has not been included and is an extra fee of $90.

Full and student fees are inclusive of Conference materials, Welcome Reception, all sessions, morning/afternoon teas and lunches. The Conference Dinner is an additional cost of $90. Day registration fees are inclusive of Conference materials, sessions and morning/afternoon teas and lunch on the chosen day. The Conference Dinner is an additional cost.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations must be in writing. If a cancellation is received by Friday 11 November 2011, your conference registration fee will be refunded less a $100 cancellation charge. After 1 November 2011, no refunds can be given. Substitutions may be made at any time up until the conference. Substitution of a non-member for a member will result in additional non-member conference fees being charged. 

Insurance

Insurance, including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event the Conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

Disclaimer

In the event of industrial disruptions, the Conference Organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The program is correct at the time of printing, but the Conference Organisers reserve the right to alter the program if and as is deemed necessary.

Liability

The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
