How to Register On-Line
Click the red Register Button below to register and make payment to attend the 10th National Mediation Conference 2010 Conference 6-9 September 2010. Complete the on-line form and print off a copy for your records. Pay by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, cheque or bank transfer. If you would prefer an invoice, complete the form without payment. A confirmation of registration and a Tax Invoice/Receipt will be emailed in the following few days.

Conference Inclusions
Group Registrations from the Same Organisation
A 10% discount applies to all registration categories when 10 or more delegates from the same organisation register. Please note that the discounts can be applied only when 10 delegates are registered at once. In the event that a Group Registration discount has been awarded and one or more registrations are subsequently cancelled, you may no longer be entitled to your discounted rate. In such cases the refunded registration fee will be paid net of the group's revised discount plus cancellation fees.
Workshops
A number of full and half day workshops are planned for Monday 6 September 2010. These will be held at the University of South Australia West Campus five minutes walk from the Adelaide Convention Centre, the venue for Conference sessions 7-9 September 2010. Details will be posted to the web as they are finalised.
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations must be in writing. If a cancellation is received by Friday 20 August 2010, your conference registration fee will be refunded less a $100 cancellation charge. After 20 August 2010, no refunds can be given. Substitutions may be made at any time up until the conference. Substitution of a non-member for a member will result in additional non-member conference fees being charged.
Insurance
Insurance, including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event the Conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
Child Care
The following venues can provide child care if a vacancy exists on the day.
City Child Care Centre 104 Gilbert Street Adelaide 24 hour child care and 32 Norman Street Adelaide 8212 2377 (both locations) 8.00am to 6.00pm. Grey Ward Children's Centre 253 Wright Street Adelaide 8231 9195 7.45am-5.45pm occasional care for children upto 5 years.
Baby sitting organisations are listed in the Yellow Pages.
No recommendation is implied nor responsibility accepted for the standard of child care listed.
Disabled Facilities
If you require disability specific facilities, please notify the secretariat by indicating on your registration form.
Disclaimer
In the event of industrial disruptions, the Conference Organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The program is correct at the time of printing, but the Conference Organisers reserve the right to alter the program if and as is deemed necessary.
Liability
The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
