Accommodation

The Organising Committee is delighted to be able to offer delegates a range of specially negotiated hotel accommodation at the Hilton Adelaide (conference venue) and within close proximity to the Conference venue.  Please note that accommodation cost is for room only.   Please make all reservations and amendments through the Conference Secretariat, Plevin & Associates Pty Ltd at the time of registration.  Use the Register button below.

Cancellations and Amendments
Rooms cancelled 30 days prior to arrival – 100% of total accommodation rate per room will be charged. Cancellation charges also apply to reduction in the number of room nights booked and will be charged at the rate per night.

Cancellations and Amendments
Rooms cancelled 30 days prior to arrival – initial deposit is non refundable
Rooms cancelled 14 days prior to arrival – 100% of total accommodation rate per room will be charged.
Cancellation fee may be charged for reduction in number of nights booked at the discretion of the hotel

Please note in the event of a cancellation, the refund of any deposits forwarded to hotels will be at the discretion of the hotel. Please refer to cancellation terms for each hotel above.  No refunds will be made from this office.  Cancellation of bookings may be subject to fees and delegates are advised to take out insurance.   

Deadlines

Hotels impose strict release dates for block accommodation bookings. All rooms will be released 4 November 2011.  

Deposit

Either one night’s accommodation rate or a credit card is required to secure your room. Please note bookings that have not advised either method by 4 November 2011 may be cancelled. Delegates are required to settle their own accounts including incidentals incurred upon check out.  This deposit or your credit card guarantee will be forwarded to the hotel. The hotel at their discretion will deduct the guarantee from your credit card.  

Amendments to Booking

Any amendments or cancellations must be made through Plevin and Associates Pty Ltd in writing.  Your amendment or cancellation will be reconfirmed in writing. It is your responsibility to ensure you have received a copy of any changes requested.   

Early Arrival or Late Departure

Requests for early check in or late checkout must be advised in writing to Plevin and Associates Pty Ltd. Please note that early check in requires the booking of an additional room night prior to guarantee immediate access to the hotel room.
