Registration

How to Register On-Line

Click the red Register Button below to register and make payment to attend the Conference. Complete the on-line form and print off a copy for your records. Pay by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, cheque or bank transfer. If you would prefer an invoice, complete the form without payment.

A confirmation of registration and a Tax Invoice/Receipt will be emailed in the following few days.

Conference Inclusions

Full registration fee includes sessions on Friday 18th and Saturday 19th May (including lunch, morning and afternoon teas). Day registration fee includes above for either Friday or Saturday. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations notified in writing to ‘The Organiser’ prior to Friday 16 April 2012 will be eligible for a refund less $100 administration fee. Cancellations notified after this date will not be eligible for a refund, however registration may be transferred to another eligible person. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.

Insurance

Insurance, including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event the Conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

Disabled Facilities

If you require disability specific facilities, please notify the secretariat by indicating on your registration form.

Disclaimer

In the event of industrial disruptions, the Conference Organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The program is correct at the time of printing, but the Conference Organisers reserve the right to alter the program if and as is deemed necessary.

Liability

The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
