How to Register On-Line

On-line registration has closed.  Please register onsite at the National Wine Centre.

Author Registration 

1. At least one author for each paper has to register for the full conference at the full rate for a paper to be included in the conference proceedings. A maximum of two (2) camera-ready papers is allowed for each registration. Authors with more than two papers accepted for the conference will need to make additional registration(s). Only Full [non-student] fees will be allowed. 

2. Registration fee as in (1) above has to be paid by 29 September 2008, the deadline for the camera ready submission of papers .

Registration Entitlements

Full and Student Conference registration fees are inclusive of proceedings, welcome reception, morning/afternoon tea and lunches on conference days, and conference dinner. 

Day Conference registration fees are inclusive of proceedings, morning/afternoon tea and lunches on the day selected. The Welcome Reception and Conference dinner are additional costs. 

Tutorial registration fees. Half-day tutorial fees are inclusive of morning/afternoon tea; lunch is not included. C See Tutorials for full details.

Cancellations and Refunds 

All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations postmarked on or before 24 November 2008 will incur a fee of $100. No registration refunds will be made for cancellations postmarked after this date. The Conferences Organisers reserve the right to change dates, program and speakers without notice due to circumstances beyond their control. 

Insurance 

Insurance, including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event the Conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
