Program Details

Keynote and concurrent oral sessions will be held Monday 7 December - Wednesday 9 December 2009. Please click here for full details of the draft program (this may be subject to change).

Welcome Reception

The conference will commence with an informal gathering on Sunday 6th December in the University of Adelaide Cloisters at 5.30 pm - 7.00 pm. Beverages, food and entertainment will be provided.

Conference Awards Dinner

The awards dinner will be held on Tuesday 8th December at the National Wine Centre commencing at 7pm sharp. This will be an excellent opportunity to sample some of Adelaide's finest cuisines, wine and local beer. We anticipate that most will attend in smart casual attire (so there's no need to bring the tuxedo or ball gown).

Conference Social Dinner (optional - additional cost)

The social dinner is intended to be less formal than the Awards Dinner, but once again provides an excellent opportunity to sample fine cuisines (prepared by Michelin star chef) as well as great wine. This is on Monday 7th in the conservatory of historic Ayres House and once again this begins at 7pm.

Both dinner venues are in easy walking distance of the University and our recommended hotels.

Additional opportunities for those interested in Educational Research Methods

The Engineering Research Methods stream of the conference is always extremely popular and so in addition to the paper presentation session, a conference workshop, there are also a couple of additional opportunities that may interest you. Please click here for details.

PLEASE NOTE: You are encouraged to visit this page regularly. The Conference schedule is hugely dependent upon delegate attendance and therefore may be subject to change.
