How to Register On-Line 

 

Click the red Register Button  below to register and make payment to attend the AABHL Conference 1-4 July 2010. Complete the on-line form and print off a copy for your records. Pay by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, cheque or bank transfer. If you would prefer an invoice, complete the form without payment.  A confirmation of registration and a Tax Invoice/Receipt will be emailed in the following few days.

Conference Inclusions

 

Full and Student Conference registration fees are inclusive of proceedings, sessions Thursday 1 July 2010 (advance booking required and places limited), Friday 2 July 2010, Saturday 3 July 2010 and Sunday 4 July 2010, morning/afternoon tea and lunch Friday 2 July 2010 and Saturday 3 July 2010, morning tea and lunch Sunday 4 July 2010 and the Conference Dinner Saturday 3 July 2010.

 

Day registration fees are inclusive of proceedings, morning/afternoon tea and lunch (as appropriate) on the selected day.  The Conference Dinner Saturday 3 July 2010 is an extra cost. 

 

Cancellations and Refunds 

All cancellations must be in writing. If a cancellation is received by Friday 25 May 2010, your conference registration fee will be refunded less a AUD $100 cancellation charge. After 25 May 2010, no refunds can be given. Substitutions may be made at any time up until the conference. Substitution of a non-member for a member will result in additional non-member conference fees being charged.  

 

Insurance 

Insurance, including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event the Conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

 

Disabled Facilities

 

If you require disability specific facilities, please notify the secretariat by indicating on your registration form. 

 

Disclaimer

 

In the event of industrial disruptions, the Conference Organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The program is correct at the time of printing, but the Conference Organisers reserve the right to alter the program if and as is deemed necessary. 

 

Liability 

 

The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
