Author
Registration
1.
At least one author for each paper has to register for the full conference
at the Member or Non-member rate for a paper to be included in the
conference proceedings. A maximum of two (2) camera-ready papers is allowed for each registration. Authors with more than two papers accepted for the conference will need to make additional
registration(s). Only Full Member [non-student]/ Non-Member
[non-student] fees will be
allowed.
2.
Registration fee as in (1) above has to be paid by 31 August 2007, the deadline for
the camera
ready submission of papers .
Registration
Entitlements
Full
Conference registration
fees (at member, non-member, student member, student non-member, reduced
and Life Member rates) is inclusive of proceedings, welcome reception,
morning/afternoon tea and lunches on conference days, and conference
dinner.
Tutorial registration
fees. Half-day tutorial fees are inclusive of
morning/afternoon tea; lunch is not included.
Day
Session Registration
fees registration are inclusive of proceedings, morning/afternoon tea and
lunch on the chosen day. Conference dinner is not included.
Cancellations
and Refunds
All
cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations postmarked on or before 30
September 2007 will incur a fee of $100. No registration refunds will be
made for cancellations postmarked after this date.
The
Conferences Organisers reserve the right to change dates, program and
speakers without notice due to circumstances beyond their control.
Insurance Insurance,
including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event the Conference
is cancelled, is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your
insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of
fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference
or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for
any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and
additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be
altered. The Conference Secretariat will take no responsibility for any
participant failing to insure.
