The
15th IEEE International Conference on Networks (ICON2007) will be held in
Adelaide, South Australia. One day of tutorials and two days of technical presentations are planned for the conference. The conference will also include invited speakers and poster presentations.
ICON2007 will provide a forum to discuss the innovations and recent advances in computer networks and communications. Contributions describing original research, surveys and applications are solicited.

PAPER SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Full papers are to be submitted for review. The paper must begin with an abstract of not more than 200 words, including 3 to 5 keywords at the end of the abstract. Submissions should present original, unpublished research and be no longer than 6 pages (A4, single line, minimum 10-point font) including figures.

If you have used EDAS before, use your login credentials to enter
EDAS.
2)
If you do not have an EDAS account, click on the "create a new
account" link to create a new EDAS account. After creating an
account, you can use your newly obtained user name and password to
submit a paper.
Please
note that in order to submit a paper for review it is not necessary
to check the paper using the IEEE PDF eXpress. You only need to
ensure that the paper complies with the guidelines above and its
format is as close as possible to the one described in the sample
paper.
You
will be given detailed instructions how to check and submit the
final version of an accepted paper in your e-mail of acceptance. We
will also publish detailed instructions, including author's kit, on
the ICON2007 web pages when the review process is completed.
All paper submissions will be carefully reviewed by three experts and returned to the
author(s) with comments. Submissions will be judged on originality, significance, interest, clarity, relevance and correctness.
Submission of papers implies the authors' willingness to register for the conference and present the
paper(s). An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the final version is accompanied by the registration
form(s) and fee(s) for at least one of the authors (only full member / non-member fees will be allowed). One author registration will guarantee publication of up to only two accepted papers.
In order that the review process is completed in time, no extensions will be granted for paper submissions.

TUTORIAL PROPOSALS
Proposals for full- or half-day tutorial topics are solicited. Each proposal should be about 1000 words long and should include a synopsis, tutorial outline and brief speaker's biography.

BEST PAPER AWARDS
Awards will be given for the best paper and the best student paper at the conference. To be eligible for the best student paper award, a student or group of students must be primary contributors to the paper. Papers to be considered for the student paper award should be identified as such during the paper submission.
